1. About Paraplanr

Paraplanr is an AI-powered paraplanning tool. Paraplanr is not FCA-authorised and does not provide regulated financial advice. It is a productivity tool designed to assist qualified paraplanners and financial advisers in preparing documentation.

2. Your responsibilities

All output generated by Paraplanr must be reviewed by a qualified person before use. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy, suitability, and compliance of any documents generated. Paraplanr's AI-generated content is a draft starting point — not finished advice.

3. Limitations of liability

Paraplanr is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output. We are not liable for any loss, claim, or regulatory action arising from reliance on Paraplanr output without proper human review.

4. Data and confidentiality

Client data uploaded to Paraplanr is processed solely for the purpose of generating paraplanning documents. We do not use your client data to train AI models. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and stored on UK/EU servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual property

Documents generated by Paraplanr using your data belong to you. The Paraplanr platform, brand, and underlying technology remain the property of Paraplanr and its operators.

6. Subscription and payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use Paraplanr to process data you are not authorised to handle, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or use the service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
